We do understand that unforeseeable events including emergency may arise. Although, we reserve the time period solely for the patient scheduled and would like to be informed at least 2 business days in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. When making an appointment over the phone, please keep your schedule information in a place where you will be easily reminded. When making recall appointment, we will provide a recall appointment card. Our patient relations call to confirm an appointment at least one day ahead as well.
